National Center for Educational Statistics: The homepage of the primary federal entity for analysis and collection of educational data.
Statistical Resources on the Web (Education Section): The University of Michigan's Documents Center site containing links to a variety of statistical information regarding education.
Maine Department of Education: The homepage of the state of Maine's primary resource for information regarding certification, professional development, education legislation, and many other topics related to education in the state.
Center for the Study of Teaching and Policy: Under the auspices of the University of Washington, the site of a consortium focusing on the improvement of learning and teaching and the development of a highly capable, committed teaching force.
Education Commission of the States: Gathers, analyzes, and disseminates information about present and emerging issues and innovation in education policy within the fifty states.
Education Law Association: Promotes interest in and understanding of the legal side of education and the rights of the various stakeholders.
