• Current Biography - Ref CT 100 .C8
  A monthly magazine containing two or three page biographies with bibliographies of people currently prominent in the U.S. news.
• Dictionary of American Biography - Ref E 176 .D56
  The standard, highly selective, scholarly source for biographies of important Americans. The articles are written and signed by noted scholars and include bibliographies. There is a basic set of volumes with supplements. The last supplement contains an index for the entire set of volumes.
• Marquis Who's Who
• National Cyclopedia of American Biography - Ref E 176 .N28
  Less selective than the Dictionary of American Biography, it includes many more biographies. The articles are unsigned, and there are no bibliographies. There is a basic set, supplements, and a current set of volumes. The arrangement is not alphabetical, and you must use the separate index.
