1. ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. ELECTRONIC BOOK SURVEY FOR FACULTY AND STUDENTS
Over the past year we’ve added access to over 100,000 e-books through URSUS, our
catalog. Now we need to know what you think about them. You can access the
survey at
<http://library.umaine.edu/ebooksurvey.htm>.
The survey should take about 10 minutes of
your time, and we’d appreciate your input. The survey will run from Wednesday,
March
23rd through Wednesday, April 6th.

A. COHEN ARCHIVES UPDATE
Several categories of materials in the William S. Cohen Papers have recently
opened
for public use and folder titles have been added to the description of the
collection
available online at:

Most materials are related to legislative background on the topics of
agriculture, fisheries, education, foreign relations, foreign intelligence,
Loring
Air Force Base, and the Maine Indian Land Claims settlement. For more
