1. DATABASES
A. NEW DATABASES ON TRIAL
     Fogler Library has several e-books trials available at <www.library.umaine.edu/colldev/trials.htm> for a limited time. They include:
. ACLS Humanities E-Books: more than 2,200 monographs on history and other topics from over 100 publishers
. CRCnet BASE: science and technical references
. CHEMnetBASE: chemistry references
. SPRINGER e-books: more than 20,000 science and technical monographs, series books, encyclopedias and textbooks published by Springer from 2005 to present. For assistance or more information please contact the Science and Engineering Center (207-581-1691) or Reference (207-581-1673).

2. COLLECTIONS
A. MARY ANN LIEBERT, INC. JOURNALS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE
   Journals published by Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. are now available online via Fogler Library's e-journal portal at <library.umaine.edu/ejournals/> and via ArticleLinker. Cataloging records for the journals will be added to URSUS soon. Liebert publishes peer-reviewed journals in biotechnology, biomedical research/life sciences, clinical medicine and surgery, alternative and complementary medicine, law, philanthropy, environmental science and sustainability.
A sampling of some of the titles requested by faculty and now available include:
     Biotechnology Law Report
     Breastfeeding Medicine
     Environmental Engineering Science
     Foodborne Pathogens and Disease
     Gaming Law Review and Economics
     Journal of Computational Biology
     Journal of Women's Health
