INTERLIBRARY LOAN

Purpose

The Interlibrary Loan Department works with thousands of other libraries and information providers to procure items not held by Fogler Library. Patrons with valid IDs can use the request function to borrow from other URSUS libraries. There is no need to place an interlibrary loan request for items held in URSUS, or in MaineCat. The interlibrary loan staff will search and request items not available through the URSUS request function or MaineCat.

• Fogler library also offers scanning services for patrons.
• If you are a faculty member, you can use our Journal Article Retrieval Service for journals held in Fogler Library.
