Outreach Commitment to service is at the center of Fogler’s outreach initiatives. We work with students, faculty, staff, alumni, local businesses, government, and community members to fulfill the needs to our users. We believe the campus library serves as a focal point for education, research, management, and collections as well the infrastructure to support their use. We provide workshops and educational services to both the campus and the surrounding communities. Our Friends group works to raise the awareness of the library and its services. Our building remains open to all and is the cornerstone of our
belief that even in a digital world, “library as place” continues to
be invaluable to its many constituents. |
