MaineCard
The 14-digit barcode number on the back (illustration below) of your
MaineCard
is your library barcode. You need a MaineCard in order to:
- checkout books from the library
- request a book from another URSUS library or from interlibrary loan
- checkout an item on Reserve
- access databases from off-campus
- print from campus workstations
Your MaineCard must be activated annually at one of the Library Circulation Desks (identified as North Charge Out and East Charge Out on the floor plan).
