ANES Guide to Public Opinion and Electoral Behavior
"ANES Time Series studies have been conducted
since 1948, typically through in-person interviewing,
during years of biennial national elections. Topics
cover voting behavior and the elections, together with
questions on public opinion and attitudes of the
electorate." Currently covers 1948-2008.

Roper Center for Public Opinion Research
Social science data archive, specializing in public
opinion surveys. The data range from the 1930s, when
survey research was in its infancy, to the present. Most
of the data are from the United States, but over 50
nations represented. 1930s on.
