An annotated bibliography consists of a citation followed by brief write-up describing the work and why it is useful for your research project. The annotation should include the scope of the work as well as a brief description of the strengths and weaknesses of the resource for your research purpose. Each annotation should be a short paragraph (7-10 lines) written in your own words. If you use a short quote from a source, please put in quotation marks and cite the page.
